Affiliate Program Terms of Use
Welcome to our Affiliate Program for the 2023 Rocky Mountain Golf Card! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Commissions: Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on each 2023 Rocky Mountain Golf Card sold through their unique affiliate link. Commissions will be calculated based on the total sales amount before taxes and shipping fees.
- Restrictions: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from purchasing 2023 Rocky Mountain Golf Cards for themselves through their own affiliate link. Any such transactions will be deemed invalid and the corresponding commissions will be forfeited.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out 30 days after the sale of each 2023 Rocky Mountain Golf Card. Payments will be made via the method specified by the affiliate during registration.
- Sales Period: The affiliate sales program for the 2023 Rocky Mountain Golf Card will close on August 31 of each year. No commissions will be earned for sales made after this date.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, at our sole discretion, for any reason. In such cases, any unpaid commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule.
- Modification: We may modify the terms and conditions of this Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to regularly review these terms and ensure compliance.
By participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
